RETURNS

At Swe Clothing, we're proud of our exceptional customer service. If you have purchased items through www.sweclothing.com, Swe’s customer service team will assist you with your return process needs.

SWE CLOTHING RETURN POLICY

If you are not satisfied with your purchase, you may return unopened product for a replacement or refund of the purchase price provided the following conditions are met:

    • Product subject to a return request must have been purchased directly from www.sweclothing.com
    • A return request must be submitted within 30 days of original purchase. If your return request is approved, Swe Clothing will issue an authorized RMA#.
    • All return requests must be accompanied by a valid order confirmation number from sweclothing.com
    • All returns must include an authorized RMA# on the shipping label. Return packages without an authorized RMA# will be returned to sender.
    • All returns must be post-marked within 30 days of issuance of the RMA#.
    • Customer is responsible for all cost associated with returning product to Swe Clothing
    • Returned product must be unopened and in like-new, resalable condition
    • Shipping charges are non-refundable
    • We are not responsible for customer returns that are damaged, lost or stolen in transit
    • All items must be returned in the original condition they were received with the tags
    • Your return will be processed within 2 weeks of the date it is received at our facility. We will notify you via email once your return has been processed.

 

SUBMITTING A RETURN REQUEST

To request a replacement or refund, please submit an RMA request or contact our customer service department. Please allow up to 24 hours for a response. If approved, you will receive an email from support@sweclothing.com with your RMA # and further instructions on how to complete your request.

Your RMA # must be marked clearly on the outside of the packaging.

WARRANTY POLICY

Swe Clothing's products are warranted to be free from defects in materials and craftsmanship under normal use for a period of 14 days. Swe Clothing will, at its sole option, repair or replace any defective product with the same product or one of equal or lesser value during the warranty term. This warranty is non-transferable and covers only the original end-user purchaser.
